The Great American Problem

Uncle Sam is watching over, beware. |
There is a problem in America right now. In the olden days, back when the Kaiser was genuinely a problem, and not a meme on Hearts of Iron 4: Kaiserreich, people were informed on the country, and could trust their news source. Nowadays, it's almost the opposite, little less than half are unpatriotic, or 49% (Official study) , there is a handful who know the amount of states there is, and you can chose biased news sources like CNN, ABC, NBC or infowars and red wars for the right. Millennial liberals are starting to make it so that you can't challenge left wing opinions without being kicked out. Communists on college campuses can go virtually unopposed, and grow up as a communist, with no one to challenge their views and it's honestly frightening.
Not only that, but people have been getting lighter and lighter skins against jokes and humour. There was a person at UCF who made an immigration joke, on Facebook ( Here) mind you, and was suspended, and the board was pushing for their expulsion.
Now, some may say “why, it's just those damn liberal communist special snowflakes” but I don't think it's their fault, a decent hand may be ignorant and not want to challenge their views, but they are still not the guilty party. Let's take this one step at a time. Going back to that darn Kaiser, back when Germany was a little kid drawing on a map, Prussia needed a way to make the youth prideful of their nation, and proud of the Kaiser, so they decided upon, a school system, where they can teach them about pride of one's nation, and make them intelligent, to kick start the future of the nation. Go to the 1800s, go to America, and Horace Mann is fighting for an education system. And what does he base it upon? The Prussian school system. He claims “it can be used for good, and not brainwashing”, and it generally worked. They taught nationalism, but not what direction you should go, or who you should support. Flash forward to the cold war, and people are being taught that Communists are the enemy, and they emotionless pigs! Well, 1991 rolls on by, soviet union is collapsed until the last nation, Kazakhstan, declares Independence (oh yeah, soviet union was ONLY Kazakhstan for 3 days, another story, for another Jday).

Now, communism isn't as bad. Flash forward to September first, 2001, and the twin towers, and the pentagon are attacked, and people are scared, scared of capitulation of America. So, everyone comes together, this is why non-millennials are so patriotic.
Now, we're in 2008, millennials are grown up, and voting for a change, they decide it's time for America to have a change, and America should have its first black president. Obama wins office, and changes begin to start, some for the better, some for the worst, all coming together to make millennials weak to jokes or opposition. Now, we're at modern day, the millennials are against Republicans all the way, and supporting Hillary, because another change, right? (Irony, she is basically just Obama 1.2) they are having trouble arguing for their point, and they are getting triggered about politics. Teachers are preaching about socialism, and the conservatives are being silenced. So now, many are wondering: how can we solve the political ignorance in this country? I think the answer is easier said than done, but do able. First, we need to put money towards the education system. It'd help if the pentagon didn't fund one side in Syria, and CIA fund another. The next item to divert our attention is the paramount importance of education in the nation building effort. It is of tremendous importance is the least looked after subject in my honest opinion.
We should reform the education system, allow critical thought, and use more technology, maybe fire the advisors advisor to the advisor, to free up money. Then, we should support millennial in getting jobs that are decent paying, I see it as a Yin and Yang type of situation, so to raise minimum wage, we should lower taxes on businesses. So, to conclude, in order to have a country in which we can have patriotic citizens, who aren't all liberals, we must reform the education system. If we were to do this, there would still be someone like the millennial, but not as bad, a lot less liberalism than today, remember at one point, baby boomer were mainly liberal “hippies”, it's just the idea of going against parents that helps, but there would be a lot less. As a true American, I consider it to be my responsibility to raise the voice against unjust works and making this great land of freedom a nation of peace and prosperity as such is the right of every living being, with this hope in my heart and determination in my mind, I Ryan Newman from Hexarius sign off. Have a great day, and don't forget to be awesome!
